Bitter Melon Smoothie to Lose Belly Fat and Lose Weight
Previously, I wrote about the benefits of bitter melon (Read here). I began drinking bitter melon smoothie in an effort to make my waste line. It tastes so fresh and good and I have to share this simple recipe with you all.
Bitter Melon Smoothie
1. Cut bitter melon in half and carve out the white soft flash with seeds.
2. Slice them thin and soak them in salt water for 5-10 minutes to remove bitterness. Rinse in plain water.
3. Blend next 3 ingredients together, enjoy and watch your belly disappear!
1/4 - 1/3 Cup bitter melon slices (*depends on your preference)
1/2 - 3/4 banana
1 Cup milk (you can substitute with almond milk, etc.)
